You may schedule an on-site venue recce and consult 2 days in advance. On-site recce and design consultations are subject to hourly charges which may be added to the quote. They are as follows:

  • Seasonal Home Decoration Services - $120/hr

  • Hotel / Retail / Office Lobby Decoration - $180/hr

  • Corporate Event Decoration Service - $250/hr

  • Wedding Venue Decoration Service - $300/hr

Should you know the preferred dates for decorations or tree installation and teardown, please indicate them.

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays most preferred.

Set teardown date to correspond with rental period duration (ie. 45, 60 or 90 days). Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays most preferred.

Please upload blueprints or photos of the venue. You may also send moodboard or referenced designs, up to 10 files. Images are jpg, png, heic, tiff, raw and are max 25MB each. Documents are doc, xls, ppt, pdf, txt. ZIP and RAR files up to 1GB allowed.
