Twinkle Jingle Services

(For Event Planning, Site Recce & Decoration Services)

1. Booking & On-Site Consultation

  • Booking a site recce for your home, corporate, or wedding venue secures a Twinkle Jingle Services staff member to visit in person and receive a detailed briefing of your project.

  • At this stage, proposals include reference images only; customised designs are not provided.

  • A comprehensive quote for actual design mockups and décor installation will be issued after the on-site visit.

  • Consultations can be booked up to 2 days in advance.

  • Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations without notice are non-refundable.

2. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Service costs are outlined in the quotation and may include décor setup, installation, delivery, design/mock-ups, site visit, and alterations. Fees include tax.

  • A non-refundable deposit confirms your booking.

  • Balance is due before installation.

  • Allow up to 6 weeks lead-time for curation and creation due to overseas shipping of some products.

3. Installation & Dismantling

  • Installation occurs within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Requests to change installation dates must be made 5 days in advance.

  • Dismantling changes may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation of confirmed services:

    • 28+ days before event: Full refund minus admin fees

    • 14–28 days before event: 50% refund

    • Less than 14 days before event: No refund

  • Costs for designs, materials, or labour are deducted from refunds.

5. Liability & Damage

  • Twinkle Jingle Services is not responsible for property damage unless caused by negligence during installation.

  • Clients are responsible for post-installation maintenance, and any costs to repair damaged décor are borne by the client.

6. Fire Safety & Hazard

  • Twinkle Jingle Services is not liable for fire incidents caused by decorations or lighting.

  • Clients must ensure electrical safety and avoid heat sources.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failure due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).

  • Service disruptions will be communicated with alternative arrangements.

8. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

  • Customised designs remain the property of Twinkle Jingle Services.

  • Emails, quotes, invoices, decks, and mood boards cannot be shared with other vendors.

  • Paid consultation fees are credited toward the final invoice if the project proceeds.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will first be addressed internally, then via mediation or arbitration in Singapore.

10. Marketing & Publicity

  • Twinkle Jingle Services may use photos/videos of installations for promotion.

  • Clients may use media with credit to Twinkle Jingle Services.

  • Opt-out requests must be submitted before installation.
