Site Recce & Event Planning Booking Policy
Booking a site recce service for your home, corporate or wedding venue will only book a Twinkle Jingle Services' staff to recce in-person and receive a thorough briefing of your project or event planning needs. Proposals and designs in this initial stage will be reference images; no customised designs will be provided. A comprehensive customised quote for actual design mockups and decor installation will be sent as a result of the on-site visit.
You may book an on-site consultation up to 2 days in advance, so that our staff may be fully available to attend your appointment. To reschedule or postpone your on-site consultation, please give us 24 hours' notice to avoid disappointment and confusion. Should you be delayed or unavailable, you may contact us directly at 8339 2574; however do note that cancellation without 24 hours' notice is non-refundable.
Fees & Payment Terms
Service cost is detailed in quotation - including décor setup, decoration, installation, delivery, design/mock-up, site visit, and alteration charges. Tax is included.
Deposit & Payment Schedule
Please allow up to 6 weeks of lead-time for complete curation and creation of desired decorations and services, due to shipping of certain products from overseas.
Non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking. Balance is due before installation.
Installation & Dismantling
Delivery and installation of decor takes between 2 to 4 business days after confirmation upon successful payment.
Changes to the prior agreed upon date/time of installation must be requested 5 days in advance.
Changes to the prior agreed upon date/time of dismantling may be subject to a $350 surcharge.
Cancellations & Refunds
Client cancellation after confirmation of design and decoration services -

28 days before: Full refund minus admin fees.

14-28 days before: 50% refund.

< 14 days before: No refund.
Costs for designs, materials, or labour are deducted from refunds.
Twinkle Jingle Services' cancellation after confirmation of design and decoration services:

Full refund; no liability for cancellation-related damages.
Liability & Damage
Twinkle Jingle Services is not responsible for property damage unless caused by negligence during installation. Clients will be responsible for maintenance and keeping decorations intact post-installation; costs to reinstate damaged parts will be borne by the client.
Fire Hazard & Safety
Twinkle Jingle Services is not liable for fire-related incidents caused by decorations or lighting. Clients are advised to ensure electrical safety and avoid placing items near heat sources. Clients will assume responsibility for post-installation maintenance and safety.
Natural Disaster & Force Majeure
Twinkle Jingle Services is not liable for delays or failure due to unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
Service disruptions will be communicated to you with alternative arrangements. No refunds for completed work.
Intellectual Property & Design Rights
Customised decorations and designs remain the property of Twinkle Jingle Services and are proprietary and protected. Unauthorised replication, copying or sharing without prior consent is prohibited.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved internally, then via mediation or arbitration in Singapore.
Marketing & Publicity
Twinkle Jingle Services may use photos/videos of the installation for promotion. Clients can use media with credit to Twinkle Jingle Services. Opt-out available with written notice before installation. For more info, you may read the full Privacy Policy on our website.
