BOOKING A SITE RECCE
Booking an event planning and site recce service is to book a Twinkle Jingle Services' staff to recce in-person and receive a thorough briefing of your project or event requirements. Proposals and designs in this initial stage will be reference images; no customised designs will be provided. A comprehensive customised quote for actual design mockups and decor installation will be sent as a result of the on-site visit.
SCHEDULING
You may book an on-site consultation up to 2 days in advance, so that our staff may be fully available to attend your appointment. To reschedule or postpone your on-site consultation, please give us 24 hours' notice to avoid disappointment and confusion. Should you be delayed or unavailable, you may contact us directly at 8339 2574; however do note that cancellation without 24 hours' notice is non-refundable.
Other Services
Twinkle Jingle Services also takes extra steps with catering to everyone. Should your event or venue require setup and teardown of your own existing decorations, you can leave the creative efforts to us.

We offers comprehensive event planning services, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for every celebration. Let Twinkle Jingle Services plan, design and conceptualise your event ideas. With an on-site recce, we'll craft customised themes and professional mockups for your environment.

Logistics & Vendor Management
We handle all logistical aspects, from supplying the appropriate decor to sourcing emcees, DJs, caterers, entertainment, AV and photography vendors. Floral ceiling and peripheral installations or custom prop designs will be prepared beforehand or setup on-site.

On-site & Post-Event Coordination
We can manage RSVPs and provide personalised attendee care or accommodation. We handle post-event clean-up and vendor wrap-up. We plan and execute your event thoroughly and innovatively, so that your momentous event leaves all guests with an experience of a lifetime.
