(For Physical Shop Products: Baubles, Ribbons, Artificial Plant Garnishes, etc.)

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must remain in their original packaging.

  • Contact us at +65 8339 2574 or twinklejingleservices@gmail.com to arrange returns.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders (including pre-orders) may only be modified or canceled if they haven’t shipped.

  • Contact us promptly, and we will do our best to assist.

3. Damaged Products

  • Items are packaged carefully to prevent damage.

  • Report damaged items immediately with photos.

  • Claims must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Returns/refunds will be processed after verification. Claims after 2 days cannot be accepted.

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

  • If an order is wrong or incomplete, send photos to us.

  • We will arrange a replacement or fulfill missing items promptly.

5. Lost Orders

  • Orders may be considered lost if 7+ days have passed since dispatch or last tracking update.

  • Lost items may be replaced or refunded.

  • Pre-orders may take 4–6 weeks lead time for overseas shipping and are while stocks last.

6. Delivery Address Updates

  • Contact us immediately for incorrect shipping addresses.

  • Updates can only be made if the order has not shipped.
