Refund & Return of Shop Products
Twinkle Jingle Services sells physical decorations like baubles, ribbons, artificial plant garnishes etc. We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging.

Cancellation of Shop Product Purchases
Orders (including pre-orders) can be changed or canceled only if they haven’t been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Damaged Products
Twinkle Jingle Servies reasonably ensures your products are well-protected before sending out for delivery. In the event your order arrives damaged, please email or message us with photos of the damaged parts or products immediately upon receipt. Claims can be made up to 2 days after delivery and receipt. Return or refunds may be made after determining that the product was indeed damaged before or during transport.
Returns or refunds of damaged products after 2 days of receipt will not be entertained.
Wrong / Incomplete Order
If you received an order that is not correct or incomplete, please email or message us with images of the product sent to you and we’ll arrange a replacement or complete the rest of the order for you as soon as possible.
Lost Products
In the rare event your order is lost in the midst of delivery/shipping - being that it is more than 7 days since it was sent out for delivery, or from the last tracking status update - Twinkle Jingle Services may reasonably consider it lost and may replace or refund your order in due course.
Please allow for longer delivery periods for pre-ordered products given the 4 to 6-week lead time required for overseas shipping. Pre-ordered items are while stocks last.
Delivery Address Change
If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping/delivery address, please contact us immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you as soon as possible.
