Whether you have purchased décor yourself or your venue already has festive decorations, our team will help set up, arrange, secure, and style the space so everything looks polished and event-ready. After the event, we also provide efficient takedown and packing, ensuring your décor is carefully handled and the venue is returned to its original condition. Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy – Twinkle Jingle Services At Twinkle Jingle Services (TJS), we deliver a premium, seamless, and stress-free festive experience for homes, offices, and corporate spaces across Singapore. Every tree and décor installation is designed to be memorable, elegant, and hassle-free. Design & Deposit Tree designs are provided only after deposit payment; before this, reference images are shared. Deposits secure your preferred tree, design, and installation date. All designs are exclusive to TJS and cannot be copied or reproduced. Site Recce & Confirmation A site recce is required for corporate, large-scale, or complex setups; fees apply. Artificial trees: confirm ≥7 days in advance Live trees: confirm 2–4 weeks in advance (shipment lead time included) Rush bookings are available at checkout; additional fees apply. Rental Periods & Fees 45 Days (Standard): included 60 Days: +10% of rental fee 90 Days: +20% of rental fee All prices include delivery, professional setup, and teardown. Installation and removal dates must be indicated at checkout. Rush & Priority Fees Live tree orders within 10 days: +20% of rental fee Artificial tree orders within 3 days: +20% of rental fee Priority decoration installation within 3 days: +25% of installation fee Weekend installations: +25% of installation fee Fees are added to your quote after booking confirmation; availability is subject to operational capacity. Special Requests & Amendments All requests and information must be submitted within the quote validity and before setup date. Requests after setup will incur additional daily manpower fees.
