If you'd like to try your hand at decorating your own christmas tree, get a hyper-realistic artificial fir Christmas tree from Twinkle Jingle Services delivered to you. Note that these are plain and un-decorated trees for purchase.

 

Artificial trees take the higher height in each tier selection. Eg. for the 1.8m (5-6ft) height selection, artificial trees are fixed at 1.8m/6ft while live trees are between 5 to 6ft.

 

You may take a virtual tour of our Christmas tree show room, which opens from October - December, and is available by appointment only.

All orders must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance.

 

Client cancellation after confirmation of plain tree purchase -

  • 28 days before: Full refund minus admin fees.

  • 14-28 days before: 50% refund.

  • Less than 14 days before: No refund. (Costs for designs, materials, or labour may be deducted from refunds.)

All decorated tree prices indicate rental costs. To purchase, you may request for a quote or purchase plain trees and individual decor pieces for your own manual decorating.

Rental tree prices in shop already include DELIVERY, SETUP &  TEARDOWN. Additional charges may apply at Checkout for non-standard delivery, access or installation requirements, including restricted or difficult access, staircases, specific delivery or installation time slots, after-hours works, additional manpower, special equipment, lifting equipment, rescheduling, failed site access or other site-specific requirements.

Please confirm orders at least 7 days in advance for artificial tree orders and 16 weeks for live tree orders. Pre-orders are while stocks last.​

100% FULL PAYMENT UPFRONT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CHRISTMAS TREE ORDERS. This applies to all Live and Artificial Christmas Trees, whether for rental or purchase. An order is only considered confirmed and secured upon receipt of full payment. Tree availability, décor selections and preferred installation dates cannot be reserved without full payment.

Payment is non-refundable once large-scale decorations/tree orders have been delivered on-site and setup services provided.

Twinkle Jingle Services reserves the right to adjust pricing for customisations. Prices for live Christmas trees are estimated, and they will be accurately updated from October of each year.

​

Twinkle Jingle Services also reserves the right to substitute decorations or colour schemes in the event of unavailability, but client will be informed before changes are approved.
